I'm Kaleigh Sullivan - a mom of two, a real estate investor, certified travel agent, content creator, commercial property manager, and the voice behind this space.  My journey hasn't been perfect or linear - it's been full of lessons that now fuel everything I teach.

When David and I first got together, I was over $100,000 in debt, trying to figure out how to make life work while living paycheck to paycheck.  I worked many jobs to create a little savings which allowed me to buy our first househack/rental in 2015.  From there, we slowly built what would become a flipping, rental, and Airbnb portfolio - learning every lesson the hard way.

Over the years, I've worn (and still wear) a lot of hats and like most women, I've probably cycled through about 10 different versions of myself along the way.  I've learned to manage it all without losing myself in the chaos - and now I want to help women do the same.

The Kaleigh Edit was born out of that experience - a place where I share tools, systems, and support to help other women feel more in control of their time, money, and travel.  You don't have to do it all - but you can build a life that actually works for you, one intentional edit at a time.
